Expanded PTFE makes in the field gaskets of any size.

Our EPTFE joint sealant is considered a universal gasket material. With a 0-14ph range and broad temperature capability it can be used in 90% of the applications out there. It feels like a dense marshmellow, which results in it being able to conform to irregular surfaces easily with minimal torque load. It works great with glass pipe for that reason. Joint sealant comes with a peel and stick PSA (Pressure Sensitive Adhesive) on one side, allowing you to peel and stick it to a flange and overlap it at one point to complete the gasket. The PSA and the EPTFE are meet FDA specifications allowing it to be used in food service.
