QMI GEAR TREATMENT

30 Wt. and 90 Wt.
QMI combines sub-micron PTFE in gear oil with specialized suspending, cleaning and bonding agents. QMI Gear Treatment is applied with current-use oil (or at oil change). During operation the lubrication system carries the treatment throughout. Then QMI's bonding agents react with mechanical action to fuse a sub-micron film of PTFE into critical friction surfaces.

QMI Metal Prep is a highly concentrated non-caustic industrial grade cleaner. Fast acting synergistic detergents, alkalies and wetting agents combine to utilize powerful cleaning action such as oily soil emulsification, surface activity, saponification and wetting power. QMI Paint Sealant with PTFEª seals professionally painted surfaces with a hard mirror-like finish protecting from oxidation, ultra-violet rays and dirt. PTFEª is chemically inert to all other known chemicals, providing protection from corrosives, salts and insects, and never turns gray or yellow when exposed to sunlight. This unique formula provides over 5 000 particles of PTFEª protection per square inch.
